knowledge on a certain field, they can a specialized one. the reason I want to become an interpreter is that I have very excellent English skills in speaking and writing. my parents got in the US when I was young and we moved to US. Fortunately, there were many Korean students in my class and they helped me in many ways. But above all, they explained the contents of class in Korean.
Therefore, I was able to adapt to the new environment more easily.
This experience motivated me to help others who can’t speak English very well. When I became to be able to speak English fluently, I tried to help Korean students who couldn’t communicate easily. Also, my parents are both biologists, and they would take me to their workplace ever since I was young. which made me have interest in biology. I read English newspapers every two weeks. It has various articles such as current affairs, debating, and sports.
Reading English newspaper not only enhanced my English skills, it also made me more concerned about the world going around me. I love books and I read many English books in my free time. I was able to learn more vocabulary the stock of words used by or known
to a particular people or group of persons: His French vocabulary is rather limited. The scientific vocabulary is constantly growing. and phrases more naturally. To increase my science knowledge, I visit my parents’ workplace. I experienced unique things such as observing cells and dissecting a mouse.
